I microdosed the truffles for a total of more than 24 days. In the beginning it took some getting used to. I noticed something about me, but I couldn’t quite place what it is. After about 8 days I started to get it, that’s how it felt. It felt very good, relaxed and focus is the best way to describe it. I recommend everyone to try it once. Be open to it and who knows, you may get a lot of new insights as a result.

The microdosing has given me a lot of inner peace and it also gave me a lot of insights because the busy voice in my head disappeared. This allowed me to make much better choices that really align with myself, because I saw it much more clearly. What Micro Dosing Truffles brought me so far is. The first few days I was kind of “forced” to take (even more) rest and after taking it I could only focus on 1 thing at a time (focus). Choco Bliss has helped Larissa to gain insight into the influence of her childhood on her further life. During her childhood, her mother was out of the picture for a while. Her father certainly showed love and protection, but in a dominant, masculine way. After the insights of the Choco Bliss ceremony, she was able to have a nice heart-to-heart conversation with her father. The plants take you on an inner journey. It was like getting on a train that took me through my own life. I went past little stations in myself to do inner work. At every station you have something to do. Sometimes you pass by something too quickly, other times you just come to experience a piece of joy or love. You do not have to be afraid, because it is all about you, so you know it already. It has helped me to let go of things, which has brought me closer to myself.

I’ve done 3 ceremonies in a short time and like to share my different experiences.

Ceremony #1: I started with one chocolate, which gave me a sense of joy and connection. This was a good start to begin with.

Ceremony #2: Then I did a ceremony with 2 and later 3 chocolates. As I expected, I went deeper and visited things in my past that were emotional and extremely painful. It wasn’t fun, but it was necessary. This is part of my healing process.

This was my first experience with plant medicine. Used drugs in the past, but this is something completely different! in one word ‘Unreal!’ A spiritual experience that you cannot explain in words.
